Situated on New House Lane in Canterbury, our nursery boasts generous surroundings in a safe, rural area. Our nursery is broken up into three rooms to cater for our three age groups. Our rooms offer a variety of age-appropriate activities that are designed to encourage the children to interact and participate, while building on their social skills. We aim to build children's confidence in everything we do, giving them the opportunity to become independent within the nursery environment.

Our ethos at the nursery is that every play experience is a learning opportunity. We believe that children develop and learn best in their early years, through play. Our dedicated early years practitioners build relationships with each child, creating a fun, trusting and healthy environment where each child can develop at their own pace.
Goslings: 3 - 4 year olds
Our Goslings are given free-flow access to the outdoor patio area at all times, giving them the independence to choose where they wish to go. At New House Nursery School, we believe the outdoors plays a crucial part in a child's development, especially for children who learn in a more active style.
Cygnets: 4 + years
As with our Goslings age group, our Cygnets too have free-flow access to our patio area, allowing them to enjoy time outside all year round. We treat every child as an individual, helping them find their own stride, develop their creativeness and allowing them to become more independent.
